Terms and Conditions

Students will be admitted to the School after a short informal interview at the start of each Term so as to ensure that they are enrolled for the correct class for their age and vocal ability.
Since places are limited, students who miss more than 3 classes per term may lose their place to students on our waiting list.
Students are expected to attend every class so as to ensure continuity of learning and the acquisition of new skills.
Parents/ Guardians should contact the School Director if a student is unwell or otherwise unable to attend their lessons. No refunds will be given for absences.
Students should arrive in good time namely 10 minutes before the start of class so that lessons can start promptly.
School fees must be settled one term in advance at the beginning of term. No refunds will be given due to absences. Fees may be paid by cheque, cash or monthly standing order (by arrangement).
Fees incurred for festivals, exams, masterclasses and extra rehearsals with accompanists will be invoiced separately.
Students will not be entered for any exams, competitions or festivals,without prior written permission from Parents / Guardians.
Parents/ Guardians will receive written reviews of progress at the end of term and receive invitations to Student Recitals. Parents/ Guardians are also welcome to speak to the Director about their child's progress and can simply telephone for a suitable appointment.
All resident and visiting Tutors at the School comply with current Child Protection regulations and have been vetted by the relevant authorities.
